Sure, just add "keyring the-other-keyring.gpg" to your gpg.conf file or give --keyring on the command line. By default, the keyring is expected to be in your .gnupg directory. If you want, you can give a "/full/path/to/the/keyring.gpg" to the keyring command and then it will look anywhere you like.
