[1] make a directory called GNUPG on your usb,
and copy all the gnupg files into it

[2] make the following batch file:

set GNUPGHOME=gnupg
command.com

[3] save this .bat file in the GNUPG directory in your usb

double-clicking on the .bat file
gets you to a command prompt within gnupg,
ready for all gpg commands
