Speaking just for Myself; I have a 64MB SD card that I use for weekly back-ups of My pubring & secring + trust.db and which I keep in a secure, fireproof location "just in case" I ever need to recreate My GPG installation. I do not need to back-up the entire GnuPG directory because it can be easily recreated from existing Web based Applications. The 3 items listed above are the only things I cannot restore without back-ups.
