You can also give a try to GPGRelay [1], a small relaying server, doing
all  the  work  automatically  on all outgoing and incoming mail. Works
great  here.  And  it is compatible to almost all mail clients (I don't
know any it isn't).

Another not mentioned so far WIN mail client which works great with GPG
is  TheBat!  [2]  No  plugin  needed  and  it also works with S/MIME if
needed.
