Since you branched "0.11" in git, does that mean there could be
backported fixes, or do we simply keep the branch as a point of
reference for the 0.11 gnunet cut?
I know that it makes no sense to maintain 0.11 and 0.12.x+, but
I'm just interested in what the branch was for.
