People discover projects on Github. People save, and follow projects via Github. People even use it to read code, and view diffs! These are empirical statements. Do people really not get or believe this? I want more testers, users, developers, and interested parties. Github is just a conduit for discovery. I personally don't see anything ethicaly wrong with using it that way.
