The situation was similar at the 30c3. I had already
collected something like 10 talks in a wiki table
on the assembly page before I was able to redo them
all in form of "sessions" with assigned halls.
So I would suggest to go ahead with the whole
planning and then reserve a suitable hall for all
sessions in one go.
