Dear GNUdevs, here's a progress report about the social messaging part of GNUnet.
* PSYCstore Now the PSYCstore is able to perform state assignment operations, and local applications can request stored state variables from it. * Social The social service and its API is ready to use now. It allows applications to host and enter places, send & receive messages, as well as access the history and stored state of places. The social API also uses the GNU Name System for the naming of places. * Next steps Next steps will be a client application to demonstrate the use of the social API, and finishing the initial functionality planned for the multicast service and API, which will allow basic communication with other peers, then we will work on an improved multicast design. -tg _______________________________________________ GNUnet-developers mailing list GNUnet-developers@gnu.org https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnunet-developers
