For me this starts at "300". I agree that by default this should start
at 0.

Open the properties window of the graph by right clicking on it and
selecting "Properties" (unless you haven't inserted it yet).

In the listing in the top left click on "X-Axis1".

In the "Bounds" section, uncheck the "Minimum" checkbox and change the
value to its right to 0.
