I can understand struggling to find the report you need -- the first time. Apart from identifying the needed report initially, you will most likely need to do some customization using the Options screen for that report. But why do you say you are struggling "every time"? Have you not taken advantage of the Saved Report Configuration feature, which lets you save any report _with_your_customizations_, under any name you choose? Then the next time you need that report it's a matter of only two clicks to run the report again.
