I'm on 5.10 with Ubuntu 24.04.1.
Many of my repeating transactions have at least three (3) lines/splits.
All auto-populate properly. I then change the debits/credits for the new
amounts (think PayPal payment with fee on separate line).
I'm not sure that we're talking about the same auto-population. I give
each of my credit card statement transactions a different description,
so the splits don't auto-populate. Then as I enter each purchase as a
split, the description is usually auto-completed, and the account is
auto-populated when I tab over to it. It's the last part is that isn't
happening any more.
(I just tested downgrading my GnuCash package to 5.9, and it restores
the old behavior.)
