https://gnucash.org/download.phtml - the current version of GnuCash is 5.10, but it looks like you are using 4.14, is there a reason that you have not upgraded yet? https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/FAQ#Using_Different_Versions.2C_Up_And_Downgrade - if you decide to upgrade, please read this first.
