Odd. I’ve found ~/Library/Application Support/GnuCash/gtk-3.0.css to be the only path that works for me. Just tested it again, with the same result: ~/Library/Application Support/GnuCash/config/gtk-3.0/gtk-3.0.css does not work for me.
