Ok, I took the advice and upgraded the F::Q to latest (v1.64) and greatest.

Sadly no change to the situation and same signs.

Debug mode shows (looks same as output from F::Q v1.62):

* 17:20:18  INFO <gnc.app-utils.gsettings> [gnc_gsettings_register_cb] schema:
general.register, key: (NULL), gs_obj: 11f5c010, handler_id: 2598

The output from the check by GNC 5.10 for F::Q appears to be emanating
superfluous message, but being taken as an error by GNC. Check of the F::Q
(also picture attached) from Windows 11 cmd so it is using the correct version:

When I roll back to GNC 4.14 with F::Q 1.64, it works fine.

Any thought?

Kalpesh,

Just go to the start menu item "Install Online Price Retrieval" in the Gnucash
folder and run it - I find it quite helpful for updating FQ to a new version
when Bruce releases one so I'm guessing that will fix the issue for you.

Cheers David H.
