Actually, this indicates something useful to isolate the problem when experiencing blank reports on the screen. If you are able to print them and that looks OK or even just export them and that looks OK then you have isolated the problem to what DISPLAYS the reports on screen (problem not in the report generation process)
Yes, definitely that's true. I've tried several reports... all appear as completely black on the screen (if I don't set the environment variable first) but print correctly.
