I'm still running gnucash-3.11 on Slackware64-14.2 because it does everything I need a bookkeeping application to do.
Needing a new roof on the house I've taken out a loan and want to enter it in the Accounts tab under Liabilities -> Current Liabilities -> Loans. But, when I try to select that account in the Transfer column for the Checking Account transaction for the initial entry it does not appear in the dropdown list. What have I missed here?
