The rate of return calculated in the Advanced Portfolio Report has
absolutely nothing to do with time. It is calculated as
100 * ( Total Return / Basis )
It doesn't matter if I hold a stock since 1995 or since last Thursday,
the Rate of Return calculation is the same.
