You don't say what OS you are on, and through what channel you got GnuCash. For a question like this, those details might make a big difference.
When I click on Help, the first option is tutorials and concepts guide
clicking on this brings up
Document Not Found

The URI ‘ghelp:gnucash-guide’ does not point to a valid page.

The phrase "ghelp" in the URI suggests to me that you might be using a version of GnuCash for Linux. You might have found GnuCash included in your distribution of Linux, you might have installed it via your OS's tools, or you might have installed it via FlatHub.

acquired by downloading the official "Apple macOS Apple Silicon" installer from <https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash%20(stable)/5.8/Gnucash-Arm-5.8-2.dmg>
on OS: macOS Sonoma 14.7,

When I run GnuCash, select the Help menu, then select the "Tutorial and Concepts Guide" menu item, then a new tab appears in my browser, with the URL <file:///Applications/Gnucash.app/Contents/Resources/en.lproj/GnuCash%20Guide/index.html>.

That URL refers to a file on my local computer ("file:"), which is located within the overall GnuCash application ("/Applications/Gnucash.app/Contents/"...). Thus when I installed the GnuCash app, I was guaranteed to get the GnuCash docs along with it.

On some distributions, I understand that the GnuCash docs might be a separate installable unit from the main app. Thus you could have the app, but not have the docs installed. That seems like a plausible interpretation of the message, "The URI ‘ghelp:gnucash-guide’ does not point to a valid page."  But I do not know Linux very well.

Also, thank you for replying via the list. That is the best way to handle conversations like this. Soon you will be helping the new users who follow after you.

Best regards,
