I'm on Windows and I followed Liz's instructions. I got a box that is the same as Liz got with the Company name. Note that she went to File/Properties and then the business tab, not preferences, because that won't get you where you want to go.

I'm not on Windows, but this is what I get when I go to File choose Properties and then the Business tab. If I go to Edit, Preferences, and go to Business, I get some completely different options.
