The answer is "no". And your Broker is lying to you. There is no such thing as $0.0036 so there is no "value" there.
You should record the 4.000 shares and total value of $105.95 Ignore the "price" difference. It doesn't matter in the long run. Even if you are worried about the price basis, you're talking a difference of 4 x $0.0009 = $.0036.
