You can look at the Security Editor (Tools->Security Editor) and it will list in the "Source" column where prices are being obtained from. If the online quotes part of the security definition is not checked, that column will be blank.

You could use the Advanced Portfolio report and turn off online quotes for any security that is NOT in the report. I just had a go and you can have both open at the same time. You're just going to have to edit all the unneeded quote acquirers.
