What I tried just now, but not work.
As mentioned in https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=261143

*update-mime-database /mingw32/share/mime*

*chmod -R 755 /mingw32/share/mime*
*gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache*

And start gnucash.exe again, I get the same error as above.
