Current theory: - I use Outlook (the app, not the service) on my desktops as an email client. Recently I've had it open on a couple of different desktops due to visitors staying in my office / guest bedroom.
- Also recently, Outlook has started sharing filters / rules etc via one's Microsoft cloud account. - I have a rule moving all incoming messages with [GNC] in the subject to a specific folder. My theory is that both instances are fast enough to see the message in the inbox and move it to the specific folder. I have turned off Outlook on one of the desktops and see if the issue goes away. You may want to log in to your GnuCash Mailman account and adjust the preference for mailing yourself a copy of your own messages. Alternatively, turn off saving a copy of sent messages in your e-mail client, but you may not want that for all messages for that e-mail account, so doing so in your Mailman preferences is likely the best solution.
