I have had that error on other programs. I deleted all trace of the app and downloaded it again, most times that worked. On the occasions it didn't I clicked on the button to clear the error - I forget the options - and looked at the security screen for allowing apps to run. More often than not the app was there and I 'allowed it anyway' and all was well. Might be worth a try.
