Dear GnuCash community, for years I've been happily using GnuCash on Windows, storing my data in mariadb. Unfortunately it now started complaining about the version of libdbi and I can't use my data anymore. I didn't change anything and even tried upgrading from 4.13 to 5.3, but to no avail. Removed the program and reinstalled, but alas. Nothing seems to fix the issue. Can someone help?
The error: The library "libdbi" installed on your system doesn't correctly store large numbers. This means GnuCash cannot use SQL databases correctly. Gnucash will not open or save to SQL databases until this is fixed by installing a different version of "libdbi". Please see https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=611936 for more information.
