before uninstalling perl, from the windows - Start menu - Gnucash - Install Online Price Retrieval for GnuCash

After updating to 5.1 I got the same or similar message saying I needed an AlphaVantage API I got one and put it into the preferences but then I got a different error message: Quotes for the following commodities were unavailable or unusable * FUND:VTI Finance::Quote reported failure with error ... and then something about a premium endpoint. Any ideas on how to solve this?
