I've wanted this functionality for quite a while, particularly for the forecast report.
I have attempted to add support for more preset relative dates ("3 months from today", "1 year from today", "6 months ago", etc.) a few times in the past, but haven't quite been able to locate where in the code this date handling is implemented. If someone with knowledge of the code can point me in the right direction, I'm definitely willing to develop this feature if there's interest. Currently, I just go through all my reports and increment the date at the start of each month. Not ideal, but it gets the job done. /shrug Thanks, Ryan Turner On 2023-04-09 21:32:34, Adrien Monteleone wrote: > You can select a specific date, but that's about it. > > Regards, > Adrien > > On 4/9/23 1:11 PM, Tom Veik wrote: > > I have a question about the dates used for Balance Forecast. > > > > Start Date allows me to use today, that works well for me. Or any other way to achieve that? _______________________________________________ gnucash-user mailing list gnucash-user@gnucash.org To update your subscription preferences or to unsubscribe: https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user ----- Please remember to CC this list on all your replies.
