In the scheduled transaction editor, on the Frequency tab, select Frequency: Monthly and Every _1_ months. Then click the drop-down arrow for "On the" and scroll, scroll down till you get the options for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4thg of the month for each of the seven days of the week. I have GC 2.6.19, but I doubt this has changed too much in later versions.
