I realised that there was a problem with the transaction before entering it, and made a note of the fact it had gone to my personal account. I can not determine with 100% confidence if this was a business transaction or personal one. I am 99% sure it was a genuine business expense, but I could not prove it. The PayPal transaction in my personal account doesn’t give any more information than postage. I can not prove it was posted to a customer, although I suspect it was. So I am going to assume it was personal purchase. The company owes me some money, so I just reduce the amount owed.
