Omri, Welcome to GnuCash! We handle translations through a project at Weblate: https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gnucash/ There's more information at https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Translation. Your issue is with other Hebrew translators, so the best thing to do is to comment on the strings that trouble you on Weblate. That way you can interact directly with the translators and perhaps arrive at a clearer meaning.
