If you try to add a transaction with a split to a non-existent account, do you get the option to create that account?

If so, and you choose to create it, does the new-account window show up?

And one additional 'environment' question:

Is this a local file, or stored on an external/network/cloud drive? (and if 'cloud' is this via Dropbox or some other service? or your own direct connection with no intervening apps?)

Regards,
Adrien
