James, Can you visit the following list management URL:
https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user Down at the very bottom there is a box for your email address. The text next to it is "To unsubscribe from gnucash-user, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address:" Enter your email address, then click the "Unsubscribe or edit options" button. On the next page, there is a login at the top. You will need to look for the list's welcome email. The password you need to use is at the very bottom of that email. Enter that password on this page, and then click the button "Log in". On the next page, at the bottom, there are a set of grey boxes, each with different settings. Look for the one called "Set Digest Mode". There is a radio button to the right in that box. Select "Off".
