Thanks for everyone's help and ideas. I have taken the various advice
and now have my mortgages in GC. I won't claim to understand everything
I know, but after a couple months' iterations, I am expecting to be more
confident regardless my level of understanding.
Now on to getting my retirement plans in GC.
