I have downloaded DB Browser for Sqlite and have been trying different combinations of opening the file and remounting the drive and/or rebooting the system. As best as I can tell, after I open and close the file in Gnucash once, I cannot then re-open it with Gnucash nor DBBrowser. It seems the first time I open the file in Gnucash causes there to be a lock. I need to reboot the machine to open it again. I’ll experiment more but any ideas are welcome.
