I want add up all my medical expenses from Jan. 1, 2022 up to today.
How do I do that?
I tried several different reports and all they gave me was the account balance as of today. I just want what was spent so far for this year. And before you ask I set the date range from 1/1/2022 to "today" in the drop down boxes.

Thanks!

I presume you have an expense account just for the medical expenses?  If not, why not?
