Yes, I was thinking about that as well. Ubuntu 20.04 shipped with X11 as default, and 22.04 ships with Wayland as default. Maybe I will try changing that and see what happens. I always felt more comfortable with X11, but figured I would at least try Wayland, since they were making it the default now.....
