Gustavo, The image didn't come through, and you didn't give the version of Gnucash you're using, but the mail client tag line suggests that you are on Windows, and I'll assume it's a recent version of Gnucash.
Most likely, you're using the standard download of Gnucash for Windows, which I believe doesn't include the database drivers for postgresql by default. You would need to download and compile Gnucash yourself to get that functionality, something that requires a bit of research and work on your part. You might explain why you are trying to use the SQL back end in the first place; most users don't benefit from using them.
