Chris The online version of Help and the Tutorial and Concepts Guide are not really searchable in any meaningful sense from within the HTML page. Other versions may be I have more luck using Google directly to find specific topics and info.
The section you are likely looking for comes under "Setting Up, Editing and Working with Accounts" in the Help Manual. Basic procedure is to locate an account in the chart of accounts in the Account Tab in the main window and then double click on the line for the account to open the account register in a new tab. It could be better but is likely limited by technological limitations and/or the availability of documenters to improve it further.
