Good, that confirms that it's the WebkitGtk policy change. Can you make sure that you have a clean 4.10 install from flathub? All of those warnings about stale .go files suggests that you don't. As I said, the WebKitGtk policy change should be handled by the GnuCash 4.10 flatpak release.
