Hi Jesse
GnuCash cannot do this. You need to investigate automation tools.
For Windows, check out:
AutoHotKey https://www.autohotkey.com/
Power Automate Desktop https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/desktop/
For web browser automation:
Selenium https://www.selenium.dev/
I can't recommend anything for Linux, but Google is your friend:
https://alternativeto.net/software/autohotkey/?platform=linux
You will need to put in a bit of time and effort to make these work - if
you are only downloading your bank files once a month the return on
investment may not be there.
Remember to secure your solution - don't leave your bank credentials
lying around unencrypted in various scripts or text files.
Good luck.
Geoff

I have downloaded OFX file from my bank and credit cards.
Is there a way I can automate manually downloading these files? I only File
- Import - Import options. The Objective is to have to download the QFX
files each month and auto import them.
I see Tools - Online Banking Setup - and see Start AqBanking Wizard. I
select OFX-DirectConnect backend. I type in Royal Bank. Royal Bank America
shows.
Am I on the right track?
Merci
