Yes, but it must be coded into the string passed to the widget; the widget 
styling accessible through gtk3.css applies only to the whole string. Writing a 
user-usable interface to style parts of the full account name would be an, um, 
interesting challenge for a very experienced Gtk-stack developer.

If that is utterly incomprehensible the simple answer is No.
