This is a bit cumbersome, but you can export the report, open it in a spreadsheet, and "freeze" the left column with the labels and scroll easily. You can export it using the Export Report (on toolbar or File menu). (Normally you can also open a report, select all, copy and paste it into a spreadsheet, but when I did that just now in Libreoffice 7.1.4.2 I had a bit of a problem with formatting.
