Chris, I import OFX files from my bank with transfer transactions between three bank accounts and between all of those accounts and a credit card account reasonably regularly. I reconcile all accounts and have never noticed any discrepancies in the past. Is this any particular GnuCash version? I haven't imported anything for a month or two so haven't yet imported using V4.4 or 4.5 .
