What about:
gunzip < /Users/..../CameronPoddMoney.gnucash | head
And also:
gunzip < /Users/..../CameronPoddMoney.gnucash | tail
If it can see if there, I don't see why GnuCash can't see it. Unless the
data is corrupted. The head and tail will help discover that.
