David Carlson pointed you halfway: Open Tools>Import Map Editor. The other half is to select the radio button "online" on the top of the dialog. That should display the online-id to GnuCash account associations and enable you to delete any that are incorrect. If there's only one then perhaps GnuCash isn't picking up the right number; compare the online id with your import file to see wha it's using.
