That is rarely required. As you know email, you can help on the user list, If you know IRC, you can help on the IRC channel. If you know Mediawiki, you can improve the wiki. If you know HTML and perhaps PHP, you can improve the website. If you know Docbook, you can improve the docs. *) "you know" includes are not shy to learn. Additional native and other qualified speakers of other Languages can review and improve the translations. We have many opportunities which not require C++.
