As pristine linux installation most parts are stored according the XDG standard in ~.config/gnucash/ ~/.local/share/gnucash/ … but under flatpak's sandbox concept it is ~/.var/app/org.gnucash.GnuCash/… See https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Configuration_Locations for more details.
