That doesn't solve the problem. As mentioned at https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/GTK3, I tried the following CSS and similar variants,
#gnc-id-main-window { font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 9pt; } That changes all the fonts, including the blurry fonts, but they stay blurry.
