Alas, that was short-lived. The second of four statements did NOT prompt for automatic payment after reconciling. To document, what I've done so far was as follows:
1. In Preferences > Register, I disabled "Automatic credit card payment" then re-enabled it. 2. I restarted the program (I have in fact, between then and now, restarted it several times). I welcome suggestions for what I should try next.
