Try toggling it off and on to see if it resets all cards ?  I normally
don't use this at all so I have it unchecked as I rely on scheduled
txn's to enter my monthly cc payment.  I just went into preferences and
checked it on then did a dummy reconciliation of one of my cards.  At the
end of the process I got the popup to enter the payment details so
obviously turning it on resets something somewhere :-) Sometimes you just
have to play around with these things ....
